Depart from New York’s JFK International airport for your overnight flight via South African Airways.
Day 2, Saturday - Johannesburg
Early morning arrival to Johannesburg’s Oliver Tambo International airport. Upon exiting the custom’s hall you will be met and transferred to your hotel ideally located in the upscale suburb of the city. Enjoy the balance of the afternoon and evening at your leisure.. Overnight at Crowne Plaza, The Rosebank hotel.
DAY 3 ,Sunday - Sabie
Depart Johannesburg and head east to the spectacular, flourishing scenery of Mpumalanga. Pass through the village of Dullstroom. Lunch at your expense in the historic mining village of Pilgrim’s Rest. Continue to the northern Drakensberg and onto the Panorama Route. Stop to admire the views at God’s Window, Pinnacle Rock and the impressive Mac Mac Falls. Late this afternoon arrive into the town of Sabie, adjacent to Kruger National Park. DAY 4, Monday - Kruger National Park
After breakfast you make your way to Elephant Whispers, an elephant interaction venue that offers one a once in a lifetime opportunity to touch and connect with these intelligent creatures. Continue to the Kruger Cultural Village, a true feast for the senses. Lunch is not included but you may wish to enjoy an authentic African cuisine. Enter the world famous Kruger National Park for a game drive, pursuing the Big Five and other rare and endangered species. Check-in to your hotel and enjoy a Boma Dinner under the stars (weather permitting).Overnight: Protea Kruger Gate Hotel (or similar).

Day 5, Tuesday – Kruger National Park
After breakfast, we will journey once again through the magnificent expanses of the Kruger National Park. Enjoy lunch at the lodge located at the Mthethomusha Game Reserve. This afternoon board the open vehicle fora game drive traversing through the reserve in search of the Big 5 and viewing an exhibition of more than 200 Sand Rock paintings. Check-in to your lodge and then relish a dinner of Pan-African cuisine. Overnight: Bongani Mountain Lodge (or similar).

Day 6, Wednesday - Capetown
Early breakfast, followed by an open vehicle safari game drive. Afterwards visit the famous Jane Goodall Institute informally known as "Chimp Eden". Enjoy the lovely views of the de Kaap Valley Mountains. Continue with a scenic drive through Mpumalanga arriving Johannesburg airport late afternoon. This evening fly to Cape Town .Upon arrival you will be transferred to your hotel at the centrally located hotel just minutes away from restaurants, pubs, theatres and shops. It is ideally positioned in the heart of Cape Town's Victoria & Alfred Waterfront development. Overnight: Protea Hotel Breakwater Lodge.

Day 7, Thursday - Capetown
You begin your tour of Capetown beginning with an aerial cable car to the top of Table Mountain (excludes cableway ticket fee & also is weather permitting). Unsurpassed panoramic views of the sea and city await. Descend and pass through Malay Quarter, city centre and Company Gardens. Visit the Castle of Good Hope, a museum depicting the military history of the Cape (time permitting) and Diamond Works. Travel to the Milnerton area and photograph Table Mountain from across Table Bay. One highlight stop is the Table Mountain Cableway where you may wish to consider purchasing a ticket for the ride to the top of the mountain. Afternoon at leisure to explore the city further on your own. You may want visit the South African Museum, the Gold Museum and Camps Bay Beach. Do not miss out visiting the Two Oceans Aquarium, which is a few blocks from your hotel. Overnight: Protea Hotel Breakwater Lodge

Day 8, Friday – Capetown
Today you will enjoy a full day tour to Cape Peninsula.beginning with a scenic drive along the Atlantic coast passing through the fishing village of Hout Bay. Here you will have the option of taking a short boat trip to Duiker Island to view the Cape Fur seals (own account). The tour then heads along Chapman's Peak (if open). Drive on to Cape Point and the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve. Return to Cape Town by way of the Simon's Town naval base where we visit the penguin colony at Boulders Beach (optional, for own account). Travel via Fish Hoek fishing village and Muizenberg to Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens for a short walking tour. Arrive back to Capetown. Overnight: Protea Hotel Breakwater Lodge

Day 9, Saturday – Capetown
Begin your cultural day with a visit to one of the most symbolically significant and moving sights in South Africa, Robben Island, a place of banishment and exile during Apartheid. Some freedom fighters, including former President Nelson Mandela, spent more than a quarter of a century in prison for their beliefs, Today a Unesco World Heritage site, your guide will most probably be a former prisoner. Return by ferry for an afternoon at leisure. Overnight: Protea Hotel Breakwater Lodge

Depart this morning from Cape Town and fly to Johannesburg airport for your flight to Victoria Falls. Transfer will be arranged from the airport to your hotel. Day 11, Monday – Victoria Falls
After breakfast enjoy a guided tour of one of the 7 Natural Wonders of the World-Victoria Falls. While it is neither the highest nor the widest waterfall in the world, it is claimed to be the largest. This is based on the width of 5,604 feet and a height of 354 feet, which forms the largest sheet of falling water in the world. This afternoon enjoy leisure time until you depart on a sunset cruise on the Zambezi River. The cruise is a superb way to relax and enjoy the beauty of the river. You may have the opportunity to see a variety of game; including hippo, crocodile, and elephant as well as enjoy the many different bird species. Overnight: A’Zambezi River Lodge
