    DAY 1: NEW YORK/LONDON
    We depart on an international overnight flight to London. Dinner and breakfast are served on board.

    DAY 2: LONDON
    Upon arrival in London, we are met by our tour guide, and next board our deluxe motorcoach for a half day tour related to the Methodist movement. Our first stop is The Museum of Methodism & John Wesley’s House. Then, we continue to the Bunhill Field Burial Ground, stopping by the graves of Susanna Wesley, John Bunyan, Daniel Defoe, and other famous people. Next, we travel to the City of London and stop on Aldersgate Street to see the plague commemorating the probable site of John Wesley’s spiritual revelation on May 24,1738. After, we enjoy a tour of the Charterhouse and stop for a photo at the LSO St. Luke’s (the former St. Luke’s Parish Church), and Susanna’s Wesley birthplace which is marked by a plaque. Dinner and overnight in London or the area. (D)

    DAY 3: LONDON/SHEFFIELD AREA
    Today we head for Epworth, the birthplace of John and Charles Wesley. First, we visit the Wesley Memorial Church and Memorial Garden. Then, we enjoy guided tour of the Old Rectory. We continue to Sheffield for overnight. Dinner and overnight in Sheffield or the area. (B/D)

    DAY 4: SHEFFIELD AREA
    This morning we visit Victoria Hall Methodist Church, the first Sheffield Methodist society founded by John Wesley in 1742. Then, we stop at Paradise Square where John Wesley preached to “the largest congregation I ever saw on a Weekday” on 15 July 1779. Next, we travel to Lincoln and visit the Lincoln Cathedral, formally the Cathedral Church of the Blessed Virgin Mary of Lincoln. We return to Sheffield in the late afternoon. Dinner and overnight in Sheffield or the area. (B/D)

    DAY 5: SHEFFIELD AREA/STRATFORD - UPON - AVON
    We depart Sheffield in the morning and travel to Great Barr to visit the Bishop Asbury Cottage. We continue to Coventry to tour the strikingly beautiful Cathedral Church of Saint Michael, a miracle in sandstone and modern glass rising proudly against the haunting shell of the old cathedral destroyed in World War II. Our next stop is Stratford-upon-Avon, a lovely town immortalized by memories of Shakespeare and strongly Elizabethan in its character. Here we visit Shakespeare’s birthplace and make a photo stop at Anne Hathaway’s cottage. Dinner and overnight in StratfordUpon-Avon or the area. (B/D)

    DAY 6: STRATFORD - UPON - AVON/BRISTOL
    We depart in the morning and journey to Oxford. We visit the Lincoln College and the Christ Church College where John Wesley graduated in 1724. Then, we continue to nearby Gloucester to visit the Cathedral Church of St. Peter and the Holy and Indivisible Trinitty representing over 1,300 years of Christian faith and heritage. We continue to Bristol, a city much frequented by John Wesley. Dinner and overnight in Bristol or the area. (B/D)

    DAY 7: BRISTOL/LONDON
    After breakfast, we share in a worship service in John Wesley’s New Room, John Wesley’s first chapel founded in 1739 and the oldest Methodist building in the world. Following the service, we tour Charles Wesley’s House. Then we travel to historic Salisbury where we tour the Cathedral Church of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the seat of the Bishop of Salisbury. We see the famous Magna Carta, one of the most important documents in the history of human rights and democracy signed by King John of England in 1215. Our destination for today is London. Dinner and overnight in London or the area. (B/D)

    DAY 8: LONDON
    Day at leisure to pursue our own interests. Explore the city on your own, take in a West End show or shop at famous Harrods. Dinner on your own. Overnight in London. (B)

    DAY 9: LONDON/NEW YORK
    After breakfast we transfer to the airport for our flight back home arriving the same day. (B)
